Synopsis
Annie's brother arranges an expedition to the isle of Taja in the South Seas, partly to harvest pearls there and partly to re-unite with the native girl he has fallen in love with. Annie, a champion swimmer, goes along hoping to attract the interest of her brother's friend, Jean, who has just been dumped by his girlfriend who has fallen in love with her doctor. But both girls draw unwanted attention from another man and the expedition becomes more dangerous when bandits attack after the pearls are discovered.

Synopsis
In the closing days of World War II, a German soldier exchanges uniforms and papers with a dead soldier to avoid being shot. He is captured and spends years after the war as a prisoner in Russia. When he is released, he looks up his wife, who he had treated badly during the war. But he had been reported killed during the war and he discovers that she is happily married to another man with whom she has had a daughter. Now a changed man, Ottmar follows his conscious and decides not to disrupt their lives by telling them that he is still alive.

When Ken went to Phoenix for a congress of farmers, Irène asked him to give Gloria a hug for her. But Ken and Gloria both came back, telling Irène that they had fallen in love. A short time later, Gloria came back to tell Irène that they had made a mistake and asking Irène to give Ken a second chance.
