Synopsis
Irene Miller is assigned to do a story on sabotage at the Sterling Steel Mill. Alan Scott tags along as the Green Lantern and discovers that the man responsible, calling himself "The Leader," is the Sterling Steel Mill stockholders' representative, who wanted to drive down the price of the stock to buy it for himself.

Synopsis

But a chance accident, with an owl crashing through the former doctor's window during the night, allows McNider to discover that he can see in the dark [as well as in the daylight with special infra-red goggles he creates], so he decides to adopt the secret identity of Dr. Mid-Nite to round up "Killer" and bring him to justice for his crimes.
