Indexer Notes

The Who's Who indicates that Art Cazeneuve worked on this feature from 1943-1945 only and no other extant evidence indicates otherwise. This credit removed and replaced with Al Avison ?, the only other artist credited by the Who's Who for 1941 art on this feature.

Clayton North is a house by-line used by Harvey and not necessarily a real person.

Last appearance.

Script and pencil credits courtesy of the Who's Who.

The Who's Who indicates that O'Connor was scripter only, no matter what feature he worked on with Flinton. Since this strip is signed "BENOKE", a pen name used by the duo, the inks MAY very well be by Flinton and the credit has been revived from O'Connor ? to Flinton ?, even though the Who's Who credits Ben with just pencils. Leonard Sansone, who worked with O'Connor and Flinton at times (those strips signed as "FOS"), did not work at Harvey Comics, and logically is not the inker in question here.
