Synopsis
A European dictator is discovered by Neon in South America, where he worked with an ancient wizard named Damus. Damus conjured up evil demons and a dragon, but when Shickler turned his wrath upon the old man, Neon convinced Damus to defect.

Indexer Notes

It's a good bet that Blum did the art on this story as the only other artist known to have done it was Lou Fine in 1941 and his style is easily recognizable. Added by Craig Delich 2013-10-10.
