- Synopsis
- Jason's teacher chides him about not being more active in extracurricular activities. Jason honestly regrets not being able to do more after school. Three students ask him if he'll help being a stagehand that afternoon. However, the stagehands instead show him their secret way of getting around the school using the catwalks. They are about to change their grades in a locked office when they decide they've run out of time; Jason wonders what he's gotten himself into. They promise to meet back at five. Jason sneaks back in early, remarking that he likes these guys, but he can't let them change their grades. He sees them doing just that and wonders what Batman would do. He flashes back to Bruce telling him to "let the criminals trip themselves up." The following day all of the students are called to an assembly where it is revealed that the administration has caught the error and identified the perpetrators. Jason leaves after everyone else, thinking about his success as Batman's back-up (but not with extracurricular activities).
