Synopsis
Throwdown climbs aboard the giant robot as Serpentor summons it back to the Pit. Snake Eyes tackles Serpentor with a live grenade, killing them both. Throwdown is badly burned while destroying the robot from the inside and he takes up Snake Eyes' discarded mask to protect his face.

Indexer Notes

Although this is not the final chapter of 'The Death of Snake Eyes' and both he and Serpentor appear on next issue's cover, Snake Eyes & Serpentor both die here; this is because Larry Hama wrote his plots issue-by-issue while covers were created much earlier in the process.
