Synopsis
Tommy Turtle is bullied in his new school. Trying to recover some sense of power, he bullies even smaller kids, especially Bradford Beaver. Discovering this after a week, Bradford's sister enlists the help of Bradford's friends and their teacher. Mrs. Eagle puts an end to the bullying, but also gets Tommy help to straighten himself out.
