- Red Guardian is Dr. Tania Belinsky, Russian neurosurgeon; Jack Norriss is in Nighthawk's body; Chondu gets new body built by the Headmen. The Headmen capture Dr. Strange and Nebulon. Hulk attacks the Headmen and rescues the rest of the Defenders and Nebulon gives up his quest to take over the Earth.
