Indexer Notes

Art credited to Williamson in item. The GCD previously had Williamson pencils, Jack Davis inks. Per discussions on Martin O'Hearn's blog: http://martinohearn.blogspot.com/2014/06/an-inadvertent-ghost.html, it seems more likely Williamson inks over someone else's pencils. On O'Hearn's blog, Mark Evanier suggested Torres pencils. On comicbookplus.com, Jim Vadeboncoeur, Jr. suggested Stein pencils, or perhaps only layouts for Williamson finishes. Hamilton lettering credit per Mark Evanier.
