Synopsis
Snake-Eyes is reunited with a grown-up Sean, who discovers Crimson Guardsmen have occupied his family's old home. The Joes offer to fast-track Sean's admission into their forces. Jinx and Pale Peony investigate Revanche's Dublin division and fight a 921, a robot samurai. Colton takes Duke on a tour of the Pit and shows him a creature with an enormous eye. Alpine, Muskrat and Torpedo attend Dr. Burkhart's funeral.

Synopsis
The Joes in Dublin discover 921 is still alive, manipulating her Blue Ninja bodies from a central intelligence inside of Revanche. With the help of Dublin authorities they raid the facility and destroy 921's consciousness. Returning to the Pit, the Joes learn Serpentor has been healed and kept in suspended animation so that his mind can operate a new weapon. Elsewhere, Firefly, Scrap-Iron and Copperhead confront the Crimson Guardsman assigned to presidential hopeful Wendy Torres.

Synopsis
Sean is admitted into G.I. Joe with the codename 'Throwdown.' Fred 172's loyalty is tested while Firefly and his allies take Fred 191 on a joyride, destroying an armory along the way. Storm Shadow destroys a nest of Blue Ninjas. The Joes argue over the idea of using Serpentor as a weapon. Budo trains Storm Shadow's apprentice Raymond.

Synopsis
Throwdown goes on his first mission as a Joe as the team returns to Olliestan, this time on a mission with two tanks. Raymond arrives in Japan for training from Storm Shadow.
