Synopsis
GA saves an underage prostitute from a dirty councilman. Ollie is being cared for and equipped by Stanley Dover, the elderly gent he saved in issue #1. Ollie has a huge gap in his memory and knows nothing of his death. Batman begins to figure out who the new hero of Star City is.
