Comic has at least 9 printings each with a different color background behind The Tick (1st print is black); 2nd March 1989 $1.95 price Red background; 3rd June 1989 $1.95 price Yellow background; 4th Dec. 1989 $2.25 price Orange background; 5th April 1991 $2.75 price Pink background with white bubbles; One of the later printings is from March 1998 $2.95 price Blue background; Information on other printings is unavailable at this time but welcome; Second print and beyond have 4 extra story pages that do not appear in the 1st print.

Synopsis
