- Synopsis
- Eddie comes to town; Recovering from his injuries, Peter finds out that MJ has been hiding serious financial troubles from him. He also finds out that J.J. Jameson has offered a five million dollar reward for whoever can identify Spider-Man from his unmasked Bugle photo. Spidey takes down a rampaging Doc Ock who has been transferred from prison for some mysterious "tests." Once Ock is collared, the cops decide to try and cash in on the Spidey reward by trying to yank off his mask.

- Synopsis
- Spidey has to take on New York's finest to keep his identity a secret. Crackpots start showing up at the Bugle hoping to cash in on the five million dollar reward. Still searching for Aunt May, Peter returns for a chat with Osborn who is no help. He then tries the X-Men's resident psychic, Rachel Summers, who not only cannot find his Aunt, but also fears that she is dead. Eddie Brock has found religion and decides to auction his Venom suit off to the highest bidder and give the proceeds to charity. Every villain imaginable turns out to make a bid to be the new Venom.

- Synopsis
- Thinking that Aunt May is dead and having to face the identity crisis brought on by the Bugle, Spidey cuts through old foes to try and find some answers. Black Cat fills Spidey in on the new Venom situation; Eddie and Angelo make the Venom switch. While Peter is attending his high school reunion to take his mind off of things, the new Venom shows up and begins killing Pete's old high school rivals.

- Synopsis
