Suddenly for Jill, nothing's what it seems. She thought she was lonely.

Synopsis

He says no to dancing and walks her home instead. When he kisses her, she asks for another and says she appreciates a genuine guy. Bob then discovers he's not with the girl he thought—it's her flatmate, also called Shirley. The pair find Mike and the other Shirley together, and go off happily together.

Worried that she's lost Scot, Sarah is determined to find out. She dresses up for the party and gets a fantastic reception on arrival. Before she finds Scot, she is asked about taking a part in a TV play. She is considering, to join the same world as disc jockey Scot. But Scot has had enough and wants to quit to return to being an ordinary person. Scot leaves the party to go to a coffee-bar with Sarah and talk—he doesn't want to lose her.
