- Elaine has a job working at a restaurant of an International Camping Site in Majorca. Her biggest problem is the boss's son, Luis, who is constantly pursuing her. - Joanne sees the terrific guy smile at her on the bus every day, but he never speaks to her. One day she follows him off the bus and finds a diary. Thinking this might be an opportunity to meet the mystery man, she takes the diary to the police who contact the owner. But the owner turns out to be an old man and the initials in the diary were for horses he bets on, not girls. Still, things work out for Joanne when the handsome young constable asks her to go to the police dance.
