Synopsis
Batman, Robin and Batwoman are battling the Cobra gang when they are paralyzed by an Electronic-Ring, when, suddenly, a costumed Bat-Girl swings in to save the crime battlers. Later, it is discovered that the girl is actually Kathy Kane's niece, who dreams of battling crime with her as Batwoman, just like Batman and Robin team up to battle crime.
