Synopsis
Deathstroke and Wintergreen tidy up an old affair when their one-time ally Fredric seeks revenge on their team of operatives over the wound he suffered while on a rescue mission in Cambodia years earlier. Deathstroke's old ally Isherwood has become the super hero Doctor Ikon, operating out of Windsor, Ontario, but Ikon doesn't know who has been targeting Deathstroke. Deathstroke receives a job offer to assassinate the Ravager.
