Joe Simon's "My Life in Comics" states that he drew the covers to issues 1 - 3 of this series, but art spotter Jim Vadeboncoeur, Jr. disagrees for this issue, saying that Bob Powell is a possibility but there's not enough to the cover to say for certain.

Synopsis
While filming "Oriental Zephyr," Garboil's set is disrupted by two F.B.I. agents who are looking for some microfilms which were stolen by a German spy. Linda reads a blurb in a gossip column which makes her suspect that Garboil stole the microfilms. She changes to Black Cat to investigate. Rick Horne joins her when he realizes she is going after Garboil. She recovers the microfilms from Garboil and turns them over to the Navy.
