Synopsis
Showing great deductive skills when it comes to solving mysteries and "who-dun-its" in books and on TV, Donald decides to become a private eye. His first case is to protect a valuable hypnotic opal from being swiped at an outdoor ceremony held to present the opal to a visiting king.
Mickey and Goofy investigate a number of incidents where thieves are using a rare daisy perfume to rob banks and jewellery stores. The perfume makes the victim uncontrollably generous and more than willing to give the wanted items freely to the robbers.
Donald in his car and can't read a nearby street sign. Donald then climbs the sign pole to read it. The sign reads "Slow! Children at Play" and Donald is then hit by a snowball.
