HRN 166 has 46 story pages for "The Moonstone" story and has no text articles on Indians. The original printing is stated to have 42 pages of story and 4 pages of text articles on Indians. It seems highly unlikely that they added 4 pages to the comic story at this late date of printing but an original copy needs to be checked to see if the page count is correct.
This issue is a variant of Classics Illustrated (Gilberton, 1947 series) #30 [HRN 60] - The Moonstone. There exist further variants:
