- Glorith finds enough power to knock out Alchemical Girl so the team can subdue the villains and find out what is behind their attack. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Power Boy and Lamprey go out on a mission as a kind of final exam, under the watchful eyes of Cosmic Boy and Night Girl.

- Synopsis
- While Legionnaires deal with the aftermath of Saturn Queen's attack on Takron-Galtos, back at headquarters, Dream Girl returns from the past with Star Boy, demanding Brainiac 5 cure him. Mon-El arrives to take over as leader of the team, freeing Brainy up to work on Star Boy, but he is soon interrupted by the arrival of Harmonia Li who makes a surprising announcement. Meanwhile, Timber Wolf, in Japan looking for Sun Killer, runs into Sun Emperor instead, who is looking to kill a Legionnaire to prove himself to Saturn Queen.

- While the Legionnaires on Colu fight the Legion of Super-Villains members left behind, Saturn Queen discovers the coordinates they acquired did not lead her team to the World of the Wise, so she calls for help. Meanwhile back on Colu, more Legionnaires join the fight with the LSV until all the villains are collected by Zymyr, and a clue points Brainiac 5 back to Earth and Harmonia Li.

- After the graduation ceremony for Power Boy, Lamprey, Crystal Kid, and Nightwind, the cadets and their teachers return to Legion Academy. But when the alarms go off at Legion Headquarters, Bouncing Boy, Duplicate Girl, and Night Girl respond, with the cadets following close behind. There, they find Cosmic King, who makes quick work of the veterans and then turns to face the rookies.

- Synopsis
- Earth-Man resists Saturn Queen's effort to take over his mind with the help of a handful of his Legion allies. Then, with the help of Sodam Yat and Mon-El, he absorbs the will and power of the entire team and destroys Saturn Queen's ally, but does so at the cost of his own life.
