Peter Parker and Gwen go to the homecoming dance and out for food, after which they share a kiss. Spider-Man goes out on patrol and gets ambushed by Mysterio, Electro, the Vulture, Sandman, Kraven, and Doctor Octopus. After an internal pep talk, he defeats them all. His costume is trashed, so he sews a new one and declares himself "amazing".
