Synopsis
With the Rogues having vanished from Central City, second rate villains Papercut, Sand Blaster, and Bone Dry strike, but they are easily captured by The Flash. After turning them over to Iron Heights, Barry investigates the disappearance of the Rogues by interviewing their past friends, family, and associates.
