Issue Notes

Distributed to newstands in July 1962 (at the same time as issues cover-dated September and October 1962). Both this and Millie the Model Annual (Marvel, 1962 series) #1 appear to have come out in the summer of 1962, making them tied as Marvel's first annuals.
