This issue features a two-sided flip cover; there is a "front" cover on either side of the book and along with each cover, a portion of the stories are printed upside down from the cover & stories on the other side, diverging roughly halfway into the book. (The flip occurs at "Mission Accomplished" / "Garden Nymph", which are oriented to be read with the spine on top.)
There are two indicia, Summer/Autumn 1988, and a corrected one for Summer 1991. They are both oriented on the Gay Heartaches cover.
