This issue is a variant of The Superman Family (DC, 1974 series) #208 [Direct].

While the cover states "No Ads" there is indeed an ad in the issue. The issue includes a centerfold on glossy paper instead of the newsprint of the rest of the issue. The outside of the centerfold is house ads and the inside of the centerfold is an ad for the Atari video game system.
