This variant was originally shipped poly-bagged. The package included a music cassette featuring The Ramones performing the 1967 animated Spider-Man series theme song as well as other selected songs from "Saturday Morning: Cartoon's Greatest Hits" CD.

The price was printed on the poly-bag while the UPC symbol was printed on the comic cover.
