Synopsis
Atlas has become bored holding up the heavens so he travels to Earth for action, makes a mess of things being a superhero. The Muse suggests he get a secret Identity and a job. He gets a security job working for Frederick Keller. On his rounds he notices a statue and he goofs and it falls down. Picking it up he accidentally touches a button and the Statue becomes Judo Girl, imprisoned for 30 years. Atlas escapes with Judo Girl and tries to fight Captain Steel (aka Frederick Keller) and his goons but is attacked by Wonderboy on the very last page.

This story is continued but not sure where, there is only one Atlas issue that I know of. Atlas does appear in the Tench Muse, later on.
