Synopsis

Synopsis
Victor is betrayed by Variant, whom he learns has been working with Fisher, and the accident that led to her being transformed into Variant was a ploy on her part to gain access to Boom Tube technology that could be used to transport Fisher's armies anywhere in the world. When Fisher betrays Variant, she and Vic work together to bring him down. Returning to S.T.A.R. Labs, Variant is taken into custody and is shut down. However, the Dr. Silas Stone doppelganger has plans for her.

Synopsis
Victor enlists Xenephon "Exxy" Clark, a young Tech thief, on a mission to break into S.T.A.R. Labs. Once inside Exxy learns that the Victor that appeared to him was an emergency hologram program that activated to bring help to the real Victor who had been deactivated and held prisoner by the Dr. Silas Stone doppelganger. Once activated, Victor and Exxy are confronted by S.T.A.R. Labs guards and the doppelganger, who reveals himself to be O.T.A.C., but who is O.T.A.C. and what is his connection to the real Silas Stone?

Synopsis
The Dr. Silas Stone doppelganger, now identified as the cybernetic being Anomaly, reveals his origin to Victor: the real Dr. Silas Stone created a series of replicants of himself called O.T.A.C.s in an attempt to cure his wife of cancer, but after he failed, the replicants ended up in the hands of unscrupulous scientists who experimented on them. Only the 13th replicant, O.T.A.C. 13, survived to exact revenge on the scientists and Dr. Stone as Anomaly. Now Victor and Exxy must battle Anomaly to save Dr. Stone and themselves.

Synopsis
When the public learns that Cyborg has been affected by a computer virus that is causing him to lose control, Victor and Exxy go underground until they can cure Victor of the virus. They are tracked by a new heroine, Black Narcissus, who agrees to help them. Meanwhile, Anomaly, who is still posing as Silas Stone, attempts to absorb the powers of Variant, while the real Silas Stone continues to be held captive. Anomaly enlists the aide of drug lord Rizzo Rattama to track down Victor and his allies, by providing Rattama with technology allowing him to control the rat population of Detroit.

Synopsis
Cyborg returns to Detroit from the digital dimension he was trapped in, only to find that 6 months have passed on Earth. He finds that in the time that he was gone Exxy has become a popular rapper with his songs of his exploits with Cyborg, and Anomaly has used his O.T.A.C. technology on Rizzo Rattama transforming him into Ratattack, a giant cybernetic rat. Upon sensing Victor's return, Anomaly send Ratattack after Cyborg.
