Sinister hatches a plan to get himself and Dexter out of prison with the help of their lawyer, Clayton Tushman, police officer Tracy Weld, and a favour asked of hitman, Kal Cutter. This involves Cutter going to the house of mob banker, Lars Maybach, killing his guards and tying him up for the police to find him. Maybach is arrested and sent to the prison but the Apellido mob's boss sends a heavily armed airborne force to attack it and free their banker. In the chaos, Sinister uses a code to open all the prison doors so that he and two friends can transport Dexter out of the prison and escape.
