Synopsis
Elmer joins the Foreign Legion to get away from Bugs. After being assigned to a remote desert fort, Elmer is dismayed when Bugs finds him while working as a peddler. Elmer goes undercover to spy on the bandit Abu Hu. He tries to get the bandits to take care of Bugs by giving him his Legion uniform, but the scheme backfires.
