- Synopsis
- The Falcon is attacked by a street gang and needs help from Captain America. Frustrated by simply being a "costumed athlete" he asks Cap to contact the Black Panther for help. T'Challa takes the Falcon and Leila Taylor to Wakanda. Cap learns that Peggy Carter has joined SHIELD. The Committee to Regain America's Principles, led by Quentin Harderman, begins a campaign to publicly discredit Captain America. Harderman sets up a charity fight between Cap and the Tumbler. During the fight the Tumbler is seemingly killed by Cap but Harderman had secretly hired an assassin to setup Cap as a murderer.

- Synopsis
- Cap is accused of murdering the Tumbler and is taken down by Moonstone, who is the actual killer. Pretending to be a hero, Moonstone is secretly working with Quentin Harderman (who had been working with the Viper) to discredit Captain America and make money off the positive publicity.
Leila becomes quickly bored with Wakanda. T'Challa sends her on a vacation to Lagos, Nigeria where she is kidnapped by Stoneface. T'Challa completes the improvements to the Falcon's costume giving him jet-powered glider wings. The duo learn of Leila's kidnapping and leave Wakanda to rescue her.

- Synopsis
- Cap is broken out of jail by the Sanitation Unit. Realizing they are working for Harderman, Cap takes them down and goes on the run in an attempt to clear his name. The Falcon and Black Panther rescue Leila from Stoneface. Leila and the Falcon return to Harlem. Iron Man tells the Falcon about Cap's murder charge and escape from jail and asks if the Falcon can track him down. The Falcon finds Cap who relates the actual story. But, before the duo can act to clear Cap's name, Moonstone attacks and knocks them both out.
