- A school teacher is forced to bury the textbooks for her school when the wagon train is attacked by a band of renegade Sioux Indians and is forced to flee to the Army fort. The Major and Flint end up accompanying the teacher back to the spot where she buried the books in order to protect her from the Sioux.
