Synopsis
The circus travels to Gay Bay, where they found their camp on the waterfront, and they tried to devise new ways to wow folks with aquatic tricks. Instead, they are terrorized by Froggo, who could stay underwater for 20 minutes. While the Colonel thought Froggo to be the ultimate act, in reality the performer was bilking the circus for cash.

Final appearance of The Barker feature in The Barker. The feature has also been appearing in National Comics (Quality Comics, 1940 Series), which also ends this month with #75. Which of these issues should be considered the final Golden Age appearance of the feature is unclear. The feature appears next in Detective Comics (DC, 1937 Series) #801 (February 2005).

Final appearance (with National Comics #75) of The Barker [Carnie Callahan] character. When the feature is revived in 2005, it will star his grandson Kieran "Kitt" Calahan.
