Synopsis
Pipo finds out Soledad Marquez has died, then visits her now-officially divorced ex Fritz before taking a flight to Palomar. In a flashback to the time period of the earliest Palomar story, fourteen-year-old Pipo deals with fluctuating interest from Manuel and persistent attention from Soledad. In a teenage pique, she tells Soledad to scare Manuel with an unloaded gun but he winds up killing him. Flash-forward to the mid-to-late nineties post-Palomar period, the now adult and well-off Pipo reconciles with the still-imprisoned Soledad.

Expands on the Sopa de Gran Pena (Heartbreak Soup) story from Love and Rockets volume one, numbers three and four (1983). Title refers to the namesake song by The Skyliners, which is directly quoted in the story.

Synopsis
The Emperor of Blotos is arrested and condemned to banishment in the Asteroid of Sorrows for unleashing the Hellmets. However, just as his judgement is given, a Hellmet arrives and incinerates his prosecutors after taking over his body. Newly super-powered Isla and her sister Lumina look for a spaceport to get to their home planet, but the Hellmet that Anima had defeated arrives to try to take over Isla's body again.
