Unfortunately, after the game, when the evil Dr. Karno convinces Simba to steal plans from Major Farr's desk, he and Dick find that they have another job to do.....on the doctor!

As they look up from the water, they see a giant sea horse in the cove, and decide to mount it. They are soon flung off and they wonder in amazement as they see the cove full of these beasts. However, a ship appears and rescues them, and its captain tells the pair he and his crew will find a larger boat tro sail on from there.

Captured, the midget reveals that he, Cragg, and Harris had pooled their efforts to steal the circus receipts, then Harris ran off with all the money.
