- Synopsis
- Deadpool takes umbrage with the fact that, after an extraordinarily long fight sequence (it took three full issues, after all), Daken shows up and tries to drown Wolverine before 'Pool gets the chance to do so. During the ensuing fight sequence between the merc with a mouth and Logan's son, Wolvie is extracted from the water and wakes up. Daken takes out DP and then turns on Wolverine. He is shot, however, by the Winter Soldier with a carbonadium bullet that negates his healing factor. This was, of course, Wolverine's master plan all along--to stop his son without killing him.
