The guys are distraught until they learn Ace did fake the crash to teach them a lesson, as he actually captured Jacquard days ago. But the villain has escaped and attacks the Challs. The Challengers are rescued by a “Raymond the Challenger Robot” created by the scientist Larue. Prof and Rocky hide inside the robot to turn the tables on Larue, but the villain disappears. Larue again summons Raymond and again gets two Challs. The Trojan-Challengers grab Larue as Ace and Red arrive and explain the base is safe. Raymond detonated the bomb before it reached the base.
