Synopsis
Cyborg discovers his technoscaling has been hacked by the Fan to alter his appearance. Regina is revealed as an ally of the Fan and she causes the Watchtower to lose its orbit, then teleports both Justice Leagues into the base. The teams argue how to save at least some of them, but Cyborg readies a plan to save everyone.
