Synopsis
Jor-L seeks a way to escape the doomed planet Krypton, but when the end comes he still has only a small prototype rocket ship. Sacrificing themselves so that their son may live, Jor-L and Lara launch him toward the Earth, where he gains great powers and devotes his existence to helping those in need.
