Synopsis
For doing such a great job, Lois and Clark are given a cruise vacation aboard the "Grenodier", where they meet Nan Wilson, who has inherited Pogo Island, and she invites the two to visit her island. But the superstitious natives believe that Nan is a witch and several attempts are made on her life. Superman, however, discovers that the island is being used as a base for submarines belonging to a foreign nation which prey on merchant marine vessels in neutral waters.

Synopsis
Lois and Clark excitedly listen to a story by a scientist, who tells them of a forced visit he made to Baracoda Island, where giant animals were artifically being breeded. Synopsis
A series of strange disappearances of prominent men in the city of Metropolis makes Clark Kent believe the kidnappings weren't under ordinary circumstances. He later discovers that Luthor built a giant city in the sky, and the arch for then hypnotizes Superman into doing his bidding.

Despite its placement in this collection, this feature is not from Superman #14. It originally appeared in Superman #2. Table of contents titles this as a Superman pin-up and reflects Joe Shuster as the sole artist, but the GCD index for the original issue credits the inks to Paul Cassidy.

Both the Superman Archives and Superman: The Golden Age TPB Volume 1 correctly reprint this feature with Superman #2. It was not included with Superman #2 in Superman: The Golden Age Omnibus Volume 1, instead it was included in Volume 2 of that series. And now it is reprinted in Volume 4 of this series replicating the placement in Volume 2 of the Golden Age Omnibus.

Synopsis
When people who attend a concert at Plymouth Hall are robbed, seemingly without their knowledge, Clark and Lois attend the next evening's concert to see if lightning strikes twice. It does, and Clark discovers that mass hypnotism is involved, which makes it all the worse a few nights later when the concert is broadcast over the airwaves, making people fall asleep while listening to the program, and allowing criminals to rob them blind.

Perry sends Lois and Clark out to cover a fisherman's story that he has spotted a living mermaid. Lois dismisses it after the interview, but Clark decides to investigate further and discovers the man is telling the truth. Despite its placement in this collection, this feature is not from Superman #15. It originally appeared in Superman #3. Table of contents titles this as a Superman pin-up and reflects Joe Shuster as the artist, he was also credited with the art for this feature in the GCD index for the original issue.

Both the Superman Archives and Superman: The Golden Age TPB Volume 1 correctly reprint this feature with Superman #3. It was not included with Superman #3 in Superman: The Golden Age Omnibus Volume 1, instead it was included in Volume 2 of that series. And now it is reprinted in Volume 4 of this series replicating the placement in Volume 2 of the Golden Age Omnibus.

Synopsis
Lois and Clark stand by Sgt. To make things worse, Branigan is approached by the very mobsters he fought earlier and they are demanding protection money from him for his new business.

Synopsis
Superman discovers that Battleship Y-92 had been sabotaged by agents of the war-like nation of Napkan upon launching. He later discovers that pro-Napkan parties have been established in South American, and the enemy wishes to have more formed in Central American nations that will turn anti-American, thus allowing Napkan to openly invade the United States without opposition.
