The title is taken from the cover.
Inker's name is the name of the boat in the story. Ink style is lighter than earlier issues that were probably by Al Bryant.
Note that "Tansul" is an anagram of "Sultan".
Per Mort Leav, Art Saaf was given old Eisner material and assigned to re-write, re-compose, and fill in the gaps to create "new" Eisner Hawk stories (Robin Snyder's The Comics).
