Synopsis
Lisa ends up owner of Cooder's Carnival after she wins every midway guessing game. Meanwhile, Bart accidentaly burns down the comic shop and because the town's firemen were only hired for their looks, the mayor replaces them with Homer and his buddies. Of course, the carnival eventually burns down.
