- Synopsis
- Investigating an anomaly with the Guardian of Forever, Kirk and Spock travel back to the early 21st century to find that history has changed. Instead of finding Earth devastated in the aftermath of the Eugenics Wars, they find that civilization is thriving. Upon investigating, they encounter Gary Seven, who has no memory of their previous encounter.

The plot and Spock's words "Universes... folding... collapsing... consuming each other! The end of everything!" are a reference to Jonathan Hickman's "Time Runs Out" storyline in Avengers (Marvel, 2013 series). Gary Seven's multi-tool is a nod to Doctor Who. Thus this story is an unofficial crossover of Star Trek, Gary Seven (as a Doctor Who stand-in) and the Marvel universe.
