When young Dr. Jason Brown learns that Dr. Karvel can implant the memories and personalities of dead people into living people, he tries to stop the mad experiments, but Karvel overpowers him and turns him into Jack the Ripper. Jack then kills Karvel and Brown is declared insane and locked up for life.
