Synopsis
At the request of the brilliant scientist, Professor Amazo, Mary Lee, modest young school teacher, undergoes an experiment which transforms her into a slim, beautiful creature with unlimited energetic powers. Seeking an outlet for these unnatural changes, Mary assumes the role of the Lady Fairplay, Goddess of Chastisement and dreaded foe of the underworld.

Indexer Notes

Lady Fairplay's origin is told very quickly in a blurb on the first page. Either the writer/artist didn't have room for a full origin story or there was an earlier, unpublished story that chronicled the character's origin. (info from Anthony William Durrant)
