Issue Notes

Indicia title is "WALT DISNEY'S BAMBI, No. 12." No code number. Copyright 1941, 1942 by Walt Disney Productions. Credits for this issue based upon Alberto Becattini's "Disney Index - Dell Comic Books" Vols. 1 and 2 (Italy, 1992 and 1994). Terry Meister has a copy which is identical to the indexed one except that it does not have the words "Four Color Comic No. 12" anywhere on the cover. It is not known why the variant was printed or how it was distributed.
On-sale date is publication date in Library of Congress copyright registration.

Cover logo design credit from Todd Klein via his Facebook posting Comics Logos B #6: WALT DISNEY'S BAMBI, on 23 March 2021. Klein states he seen the logo on one of the Bambi movie posters and perhaps was done by someone from Disney Studios or cover artist Ken Hultgren.
