Lackheed is out to buy an old mining railroad Scrooge has shares in, so he goes to a ghost town to find the stock certificate. But an old nemesis is stealing everyone's shares, until Scrooge and some locals stop him.
Goofy's house is cold but when he discovers it's warmer near the ceiling, he hangs a swing up there and sits in it. The idea then catches on as a fad in the neighborhood.
