Synopsis
Batman and Robin break up a theft at a blood bank, and discover that the Crime Doctor is back in business. When Mob boss "Big Moe" McAllister needs a heart operation, ex-con Shuyler Reems agrees to be a donor for the Crime Doctor in exchange for money to provide for his family.
