Synopsis
Wesley Dodds fears that the Phantom of the Fair and the Crimson Avenger will try to assassinate the King and Queen of England at the New York World's Fair. He becomes the Sandman and learns that the Crimson Avenger is actually on his side and they stop the Phantom of the Fair and his robot Elektro.
